## Job description

职位描述
- 负责热点、展演等相关项目开发工作，参与产品需求分析和技术方案设计；
- 开发和维护高质量、高性能的后端系统，保证系统的稳定性和可扩展性；
- 负责系统的架构设计和核心模块的开发，优化系统性能和代码质量；
- 提供有效的解决方案，解决系统中出现的问题和瓶颈。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有互联网行业工作经验，2年以上Java后端开发经验，有C端经验优先；
- 精通Java编程语言。熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、Es等数据库，具备数据库设计和系统优化能力；
- 熟悉消息中间件，熟练掌握AI相关编程技术或工具；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境，逻辑思维能力强，具备快速学习和问题解决能力；
- 具备强烈的责任心和自驱力，对新技术有强烈的好奇心、渴望和敏锐的洞察力。
