## Job description

职位描述 流程优化与问题诊断 通过培训视角发现投诉处理流程机制问题，推动闭环改善 定期梳理投诉热点问题，提出前置预防建议 知识体系建设 搭建投诉案例库、QA知识库与SOP体系，持续沉淀与迭代 制定标准化培训教材，确保服务标准统一落地 分层培训体系搭建 针对不同员工群体分层设计培训方案，包括但不限于： 新员工入职培训（快速上手） 尾部员工帮扶培训（技能提升） PIP绩效改善计划（定向辅导） 建立内部讲师体系，推动经验传承 文化熏陶与人才培养 通过文化活动、案例复盘等方式，营造良好的服务文化氛围 识别高潜人才，制定个性化发展路径 任职资格 本科及以上学历，人力资源、培训、酒店管理等相关专业优先 3年以上培训管理经验，有客服或投诉处理培训经验优先 具备良好的课程开发能力和授课技巧 逻辑清晰，表达能力强，擅长案例分析与总结 熟练使用PPT、Excel等办公软件
