## Job description

职位描述 1）负责旅游预订阶段的AI copilot 运营工作，对AI的准确率、采纳率负责。且需要有销售意识，对预订转化率负责。 2）主导或参与旅游产品知识库（如跟团游、目的地攻略等）的搭建、梳理与定期更新，并协同产研一起复盘AI badcase，确保 AI 回答的准确性与时效性。 3）需要了解旅游目标客群，以及需要了解客服操作习惯，能够在copilot阶段推动产研设计可用性高的AI 工具。 4）需要具备数据分析能力，能够通过目标拆解，建立完善的数据监控体系，定期分析关键指标，输出专项报告，并基于数据洞察驱动AI模型和知识库的优化迭代。 5）擅长沟通，日常工作需要与产研团队、业务团队、客服团队沟通协作。 任职资格 1） 本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先。 2） AI运营相关工作经验，有旅游行业背景优先。 3） 熟练掌握sql、python，熟练使用 Excel、spss等数据统计工具。 4） 了解主流大模型产品与平台能力，能够自己写prompt、skill，能够自己运营维护AI工具。
