## Job description

岗位描述
- 负责住宿业务导购相关前端的产品规划与设计，提升用户预订酒店全链路的体验。
- 洞察用户预订过程中的问题，解决用户复杂预订中的难点，提高预订效率。
- 通过市场调研、用户反馈和数据分析，识别用户需求和市场趋势，制定产品策略。
- 监控产品上线后的用户反馈和数据表现，持续优化产品功能和用户体验。
- 关注竞争对手动态，进行竞品分析，提出差异化竞争策略。

### 任职资格
- 有5年以上用户端产品经理相关工作经验，有导购相关工作经验的优先。
- 英语可以作为工作语言
- 逻辑思维强, 善于从数据中洞察用户行为动机；工作责任心强，优秀的洞察力, 创新力和执行力
- 对旅游感兴趣，对AI感兴趣，对业务有理解，熟悉AI工具应用，定义AI与酒店预订的无限可能，让出行和预订更简单、更高效
