## Job description

职位描述 负责推荐的产品工作，针对不同场景和用户偏好，制定不同业务类型的推荐策略，构建评估体系，提升推荐精准度，对推荐体验效果负责； 洞察行业内推荐能力的动态，持续对策略与AI的融合落地创新实践； 与算法、开发和运营等关联部门沟通协作，推进产品上线与落地，并通过分析数据，持续迭代优化产品； 构建并监测各渠道和路径转化漏斗，分析用户行为，洞察转化的驱动因素，优化和提升后续转化效率； 任职资格 热爱旅游，擅长旅行规划, 对旅游有深厚的兴趣，并具备丰富的旅行规划经验，能够为全球用户设计出高效且个性化的旅行线路 3年或以上相关工作经验，有OTA、地图、交通推荐等推荐排序经验优先； 有良好的用户产品意识，并且具备内容推荐策略相关工作经验； 逻辑清晰，数据敏感，逻辑性强，沟通表达能力强；有良好的抗压能力，自驱力强，工作责任心强。
