## Job description

职位描述
- 负责 AI 客服机器人（在线文本/语音客服）会话质量的日常抽检与评估，按质检标准打分，输出日报/周报/月报；
- 分析 badcase 根因（知识库缺失、意图未覆盖、模型理解偏差等），联动算法、产品、运营团队推动问题闭环优化；

### 参与 AI 知识库的建设与维护
- 梳理高频问题、优化标准答案、补充相似问法，持续提升机器人独立解决率与满意度；
- 建立并完善 AI 客服质检标准与评估体系，制定抽检规则、评分细则和分级处理机制；
- 跟踪核心指标（独立解决率、转人工率、答案准确率、用户满意度等），用数据定位问题并提出改进建议；
- 配合新业务/新功能上线，参与 AI 客服质检模型的测试验收与上线后效果跟踪；
- 收集用户及人工客服反馈，反哺知识库迭代与模型训练优化。 任职资格 1.1-3 年客服质检、客服运营、AI 训练师或数据标注管理等相关工作经验，有智能客服机器人质检经验者优先； 2.熟悉客服业务流程与服务质量管理方法，服务意识强，对对话质量问题敏感； 3.具备一定的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel（透视表、函数），能通过数据发现问题； 4.文字功底扎实，能独立输出结构清晰的质检报告、知识库文档与优化方案； 5.逻辑清晰，归纳总结能力强，能从大量零散 case 中提炼共性问题； 6.沟通协调能力强，能与算法、产品、运营等多个团队高效协作； 7.工作细致耐心，责任心强，能承受一定的重复性工作并保持质量标准。
