## Job description

### 职位描述 1）负责内容挖掘生产、AIGC等算法的实现和深度应用，如

LLM训练和应用、内容挖掘、Prompt工程、后校验机制等； 2）负责内容相关项目的需求开发，针对业务场景提升内容生成算法的效率和质量； 3）参与AI新技术研究和应用方案落地，包括不限于语言大模型等； 4）参与技术调研和文档编写，支持团队的持续改进与创新。 任职资格 1）计算机相关专业在读本科及以上学历，2026届及以后毕业生优先； 2）有较扎实的NLP算法基础，对AI大模型、LLM Agent 有基础了解，对Prompt Engineering有丰富经验； 3）对AI行业充满热情，熟悉市场上的AI产品，有搭建AI相关应用的实践经验者优先； 4）具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉Python、Java、Sql语言，具备优秀的工程能力； 5）学习能力强，自驱意识好，能适应快速变化的业务需求，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧。
