Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con clientes, impulsando la venta de refacciones HVAC mediante asesoría técnica especializada, prospección activa y seguimiento continuo, contribuyendo al crecimiento rentable de la compañía. ### Lo que harás Atender, visitar y asesorar a clientes clave Identificar correctamente refacciones HVAC de acuerdo con la necesidad técnica del cliente. Impulsar la venta de productos de mayor margen y rotación. Impulsar venta de proyectos Elaborar cotizaciones, dar seguimiento y cerrar ventas. Cumplir y superar metas de venta individuales. Prospectar nuevos clientes (Distribuidores Trane, empresas corporativas, plantas industriales, cadenas de supermercados, mayoristas, contratistas, hoteles, comercios e industrias). Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes actuales para fortalecer la relación comercial. Detectar oportunidades de venta y proyectos especiales. Recuperar clientes inactivos y ampliar cartera. Brindar soporte técnico en selección de refacciones y soluciones HVAC. Interpretar fichas técnicas. Canalizar requerimientos complejos. Registrar correctamente ventas, cotizaciones y seguimiento en el sistema Oracle. Apoyar en control de inventarios y detección de faltantes. Dar seguimiento a créditos, cobranza básica y facturación. Cumplir políticas de le empresa (precios, descuentos, garantías, seguridad) Resolver incidencias, devoluciones y garantías dentro de su alcance. Generar relaciones de largo plazo basadas en confianza y conocimiento técnico. ### Lo que traerás Licenciatura concluida (Ingeniería, Administracion o afín). Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en ventas de refacciones HVAC o giro técnico–industrial. Experiencia en atención a clientes. Disponibilidad para visitas a clientes y trabajo en campo. Amplio conocimiento en sistemas de aire acondicionado y refrigeración. ### Refacciones HVAC compresores, motores, capacitores, contactores, controles, variadores, termostatos, refrigerantes. Lectura e interpretación de fichas técnicas y diagramas básicos. Manejo de sistemas ERP (Oracle) Excel nivel intermedio. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
