ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Field Land Surveyor/Party Chief for our operations in the Danbury, Connecticut area. Construction stakeout Construction asbuilts (wall checks/ Location Surveys) Topographic surveys Residential Infrastructure stakeout (water, sewer, storm C&G) Site asbuilts Basic computations/cutsheets Boundary Surveys ALTA Surveys This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies! ### Qualifications Does this describe you? - Ability to stay up to date with the ever-changing survey technology Comfortable working alone in isolated and remote areas - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can excel in a physical and technically demanding position Basic understanding of engineering drawings Basic understanding of Survey specific codes and Regulations Do you have these qualifications? 5+ years of related experience AutoCAD experience a plus High School Education or Equivalent Additional Survey specific classes a plus - Clean driving record The salary for this position is $37.37-$41.60 per hour.
