- 廠務系統日常巡檢及異常處理排除
- 大宗 / 特殊氣體 / 排氣系統 /GMS 年度維護保養管理及異常處理。
- 大宗 / 特殊氣體 / 排氣系統 /GMS 日常運轉、優化改善及相關法規檢討。
- 氣體暨 GMS 系統擴充、二次配工程及改善工程規劃及執行。
- 部門工作計畫及無塵室相關專案執行。
- 支援其他廠務系統緊急狀況處置。 Subsidiary TEL Taiwan
