Take your place on our strong team, and help us make significant contributions to the world. ### Position Summary This role is the Digital Transformation Lead for Japan Digital & IT, partnering with business leaders to accelerate business growth and operational excellence through Digital, AI, automation and data-driven innovation. The primary focus is leading business transformation across Commercial, Customer Service, Field Service Engineering, Supply Chain and Shared Services rather than traditional ERP, infrastructure or application support. The role works closely with customers and frontline teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
