In this role, you will be a key point of contact for selected customers and Business Development Managers, ensuring strong customer follow-up, smooth order execution, and effective coordination across internal teams. This is a customer-facing and sales-support focused role with responsibility for daily coordination of customer requests, including purchase orders, forecasts, shipment follow-up, product samples, documentation, complaints, deviations, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with customers, BDMs, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support, and Quality to ensure timely responses, accurate information, and a high-quality customer experience. The role is important in supporting revenue execution, customer satisfaction, CAS score, and delivery of annual AOP goals. You will also help identify recurring customer or process issues and contribute to improvements that make customer-related workflows more efficient and reliable.
