## Job description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness Match invoices to purchase orders and contracts, and obtain approvals for payment
- Record invoices into SAP system, and ensure proper coding and allocation
- Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue invoices
- Reconcile vendor balance and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting, and provide supporting documents for audits as necessary

### EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

### EXPERIENCE

Good understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with tax regulations (VAT,WHT) Strong communication and analytical skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel and Word) and SAP Candidates with prior accounts payable experience will be plus

### OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- TOEIC score of 700 is an advantage
- Work @ Sriracha, Chonburi
