## Job description

### ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Advise management, line manager and/or BU's employees on range of complex people and organization (P&O) related matters to ensure compliance with company policy, laws and regulations
- Support management, line manager to build a valuable relationship with BU's employees to enhance their enagement and communicate P&O system/policies/practices to enhance BU's employee better understanding to prevent issues
- Identify P&O needs based on current or planned business activities, prioritizes, effectively communicates and collaborates with Center of Excellence in the development of solutions
- Build effective and productive relationship with key stakehoders that will facilitates enhanced business effectiveness through development and implement of strategies, policies and procedures that support executives and line manager

### EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.

### EXPERIENCE

At least 3-5 years’ experience in human resource and organization development or related field. Experiences in petroleum and petrochemical business is an advantage.

### OTHER REQUIREMENTS

TOEIC score of 550 is required
