## Job description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY The role encompasses managing and controlling the document and data in multiple FEED/EPC/EPCM projects both execution and closeout phase following the best technical practices and TOSS requirements. This also includes developing and maintaining the systems and applications for managing the project. The application includes the document and data management system. Also, other systems to manage the project in various aspects e.g.

Project Performance mgt, QA/QC & Turnover mgt, Punch List mgt, Engineering and Construction mgt, benchmarking database. Providing training and guidance to both internal users and contractors ensuring proper use of systems and applications above. The responsibilities also cover controlling project correspondence, engineering & vendor data and documents, site documents, and as-built drawings. Expediting final documentation and data handover with tracble for all projects.

### EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Management Science is preferable.

### EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years experience in document and data management with softwares and applications such as PRODOC system, PowerBI system, SmartPlant Foundation

### OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Having skill in technical software
