Learn more about our products and history at TextronSystems\.com\. _About This Role_ In this role, you will be responsible for: - Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects - Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR center of excellence \(talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations\) or with HR business partner work\. - Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes - Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment\. _Qualifications_ - Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication skills, using Microsoft suite applications - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Can work independently, learn new tasks, identify and solve problems, meets deadlines and show a strong self\-motivation and initiative _Why You’ll Love Interning at Textron_ This internship is more than a summer experience — offering mentorship, training, and meaningful, hands\-on work that helps you build confidence, develop new skills, and take real steps toward your career goals\.
