We foster a culture where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and innovation drives real\-world solutions\. ### Responsibilities - Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies\. - Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E\-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations\. - Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows\. - Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues\. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly\. - Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features\. - Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing\. - Other duties as assigned\. ### Why Build Your Career at Textron Textron offers a supportive workplace where employees are encouraged to grow, contribute, and innovate\. Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI\-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards\.
