Your success is our success\. ### Description We are hiring immediately for a full time A&P \(Airframe & Powerplant\) mechanic or AMT \(Aircraft Maintenance Technician\)\. This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus\. What you will be doing as an A & P Mechanic: You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models\. Your responsibilities may include \(but are not limited to\): Mechanical Duties: Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery\. ### Engine and Airframe Maintenance Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run\-ups\. Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines\. ### Use of Tools and Equipment Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies\. ### Qualifications What you need to be successful: High school education or GED required A&P License Required Knowledge of 100\-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 is required\. A minimum of 2 years experience with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance Why join us? Your success is our success\.
