Go beyond the impossible and join the Flight Club\. A Day in the Life of a Supplier Quality Intern: We are looking for inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion to innovate\. Bring your experience and ideas and help us build a world\-class global supply chain team while keeping safety a top priority for the company\. As an intern at Bell, you will be a member of the Supply Chain Modernization Team\. The Supply Chain Modernization Team’s purpose is to empower the larger Global Supply Chain and Logistics organization to maximize material availability and organizational efficiency\. We do this through process optimization, data\-driven decision\-making, proactive risk management, supply chain environmental compliance, business system change management, and organizational performance monitoring/improvements\. You will support the Supply Chain Modernization Team by supporting projects involving querying and analyzing high volumes of data, developing Power BI visualizations, analyzing processes for improvement and automation opportunities, developing process control plans and training for process/application/tool deployments\. A Day in the Life of a Supplier Quality Intern The Supplier Quality Intern is responsible for a variety of different projects and day\-to\-day tasks that occur within the department\. In this role, you will: - Generate metrics, analyze metric output and build reports\. - Complete activities as needed to satisfy management directives\. - Duties may vary depending upon placement within the organization\. ### Qualifications What You Will Need: - Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering required\. - Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship \(June 1, 2027\) or prior Bell internship experience - Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 6, 2027 - 3\.0 minimum undergraduate GPA strongly preferred\. ### Proficient in Microsoft office programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook\. - Experience with SQL, Python and/or SharePoint\. - Interest in the aerospace/manufacturing industry, especially companies with a large global presence\. - Excellent interpersonal skills that can be used when communicating with coworkers\. - Recognize the importance of quality products and outstanding customer service, both direct and indirect\. - Excellent written and oral communications skills\. - Ability to work effectively within a team\. - Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program\. - The ability to work independently without constant supervision\. ### Why You’ll Love Interning at Textron This internship is more than a summer experience — offering mentorship, training, and meaningful, hands\-on work that helps you build confidence, develop new skills, and take real steps toward your career goals\.
