Learn more about our products and history at TextronSystems\.com\. _About This Role_ We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for: - Providing engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter - Participating in development of new products across all phases of the hardware design lifecycle from concept development to test and evaluation concepts - Supporting hands\-on ground and flight test events through test planning, test execution, and data reduction in a dynamic environment - Working with multidisciplinary systems and accomplishing tasks that cover a wide range of design activities on air, sea, and/or land vehicles - Conducting in\-depth structural, stability and control, and aerodynamic analysis - Using, updating, and writing aircraft performance simulation and predictive tools _Qualifications_ - Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field - Bachelor’s OR Masters in Aerospace OR Mechanical Engineering - Ability to obtain security clearance - Experience in using, updating, and writing code in MATLAB or related software language - Willingness to apply aerospace principles, theories, and concepts ### Why Build Your Career at Textron Textron offers a supportive workplace where employees are encouraged to grow, contribute, and innovate\. Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs\. The pay range should be used as a general guide only\. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations\.
