Choose LDP \! Textron’s Leadership Development Program \(LDP\) provides participants with a unique path to industry\-related projects and processes across Textron\. Our rotational program is part of the commitment Textron makes to develop talent and represents the company’s belief that moving talented people across our businesses and developing them with challenging opportunities are fundamental to personal and professional growth\. In this program, you'll have the chance to explore how various roles align with your skills and career aspirations\. As an LDP, you'll embark on a challenging and rewarding journey that will equip you to become a well\-rounded human resources professional\. ### Job Summary We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Human Resources Leadership Development Program, a fast\-paced, 2\-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders\. Participants will experience two 12\-month rotations, gaining hands\-on experience in key HR areas like compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations through challenging assignments across various departments\. This program includes mentorship from senior HR executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the HR function\. ### Rotational Assignments - Engage in two dynamic 12\-month rotations, taking on key roles such as HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations to drive impactful business outcomes\. + ### Strategic Project Contributions Contribute to diverse functional projects and assignments, gaining valuable insights into the alignment of finance or accounting strategies with overarching business goals\. + ### Collaborative Teamwork Operate within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance and mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to enhance your professional growth\. + ### Stakeholder Relationship Building Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a network of support and collaboration\. + ### Leadership Development Conferences Participate in targeted in\-person leadership development conferences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise\. + ### Presentations Seize opportunities to present your findings and strategic recommendations to management, showcasing your analytical and communication skills\. ### Qualifications Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 3\.0 GPA preferred - Dynamic and results\-oriented professional with a proactive approach - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions - Innovative problem solver, adept at finding creative solutions - Highly adaptable, thriving in fast\-paced and evolving environments - Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives - Resourceful in addressing and resolving HR\-related issues ### Mobility Applicants must be open and prepared to relocate for all rotational assignments, with the flexibility to travel and reside anywhere in the U\.S\. This adaptability will facilitate dynamic rotations, offering extensive exposure and fostering the development of both functional and leadership skills\.
