We foster a culture where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and innovation drives real\-world solutions\. ### Responsibilities - Compile and maintain compliance documents per documentation process\. - Research standards and give input to upcoming regulatory standards and how they affect TSV products\. - Attend and contribute to design reviews and research and recommend design modifications\. - Assist in determining costing for and procure test equipment - Maintain calibration of laboratory and data acquisition equipment - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models and product plans\. Join Textron and build a career where your work makes an impact, your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported\. ### Education - Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering ### GPA - 3\.0 or higher required ### Software Knowledge - Experience with CAD drawings, Microsoft Office applications \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint\) ### AI Readiness Textron expects employees to use AI\-enabled tools responsibly and effectively\. Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI\-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards\.
