Visit TextronSystems.com & Lycoming.com to read more about who we are and the products we make\! ### About This Role We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for: A Sr Painter’s primary area of expertise is painting, but under general supervision they are expected to perform any tasks assigned by management based on business needs\. ### Job Responsibilities - Job duties include but are not limited to painting, sand blasting, spray painting using conventional and airless equipment, pulling blast/paint lines, mixing paint, pressure washing, preparing surface for application of coatings and specialty cleaning\. - Performs equipment maintenance - Utilizes hand tools such as psychrometer, profile and mil gauge, disk sander, wire brush, grinders, scaling gun, needle nose, crescent wrench, and pliers in the performance of the job\. - Must be able to work from Engineering drawings, sketches and follow written and verbal instructions\. - Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours as needed to accomplish the task or work with little or no prior notification\. - Maintain records, forms and logs as required\. - Performs other related duties as assigned by management + Preforms work in confined spaces\. ### Qualifications Education Requirements: - High school graduate or equivalent experience\. - Formal craft training and 3 plus years of related experience\. - Ability to read blueprints and sketches, shop orders and perform shop mathematics\. - Must be willing to work rotating shifts\.
