We look forward to getting to know you and sharing more about our values and local benefits\. ### Associate Accounting What awaits you - Process billings for Kautex Inc\. - Processing and investigating A/P and A/R including bad debts - Set up manual invoices \(tools, development services, protoyptes, etc\.\) as needed - Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc\. - Assist in the month\-end, quarter\-end and year\-end closing processes - Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc\. - Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts - Select payroll processing duties - Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures Qualifications What you'll need to succeed: - BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business - SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana - Microsoft Office fluency \- especially Excel - Experience with Hyperion financial reporting - Minimum of 1\-2 years experience in accounting or finance role; preferably in manufacturing industry ### Benefits - Comprehensive benefits plan choices - Plant bonus opportunity - Clean, climate controlled facility - Vacation time provided at hire - Benefits eligibility at hire ### AI Readiness Textron expects employees to use AI\-enabled tools responsibly and effectively\.
