Our team is primarily focused on driving improved procedures and processes. We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team-oriented environment. The selected candidate will be given with the opportunity to lead and optimize Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing processes to ensure high product quality, stable yields, and efficient production. This role provides technical leadership in process development, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.
