This role will architect and drive the implementation of next-generation logistics platforms that support our semiconductor manufacturing and distribution operations across inter-continental, multi-channel product distribution centres (Warehouses). You will work closely with worldwide finance and operations, supply chain management, ERP systems, legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless product flow from manufacturing sites to customers globally. ### Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Architect end-to-end supply chain platform solutions deployed across inter-continental, multi-channel warehouses enabling robust, scalable, and sustainable worldwide operations - Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation roadmap for enterprise WMS platforms (Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle WMS, or Infor WMS) - Design distributed, microservices-based architectures capable of processing 500,000+ orders per day with 99.9%+ uptime Architect integrations with complex warehouse automation systems including ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems), conveyor systems, sortation equipment, and robotics - Establish cross-region SLAs, standardized deployment practices, and unified observability frameworks ### Platform Development & Integration - Own and deliver comprehensive Warehouse Management capabilities including Inbound, Fulfilment, Order Management, Picking, Packing, and Shipping. Integrate end-to-end inventory order-to-cash processes including allocation and consignment in multi-channel environments. Architect event-driven, asynchronous pipelines and auto-scaling microservices to maximize platform throughput - Design and implement Transportation Management solutions integrating with inter-continental carriers ensuring on-time delivery with country-specific legal and tax compliance - Develop real-time monitoring and tracking services with intelligent routing and cost-optimization engines - Implement warehouse automation interfaces (WCS/WES) for material handling equipment, robotics, and IoT devices ### Technical Leadership - Lead architecture design reviews, technical specifications, and solution documentation - Drive test automation frameworks and test-driven development (TDD) methodologies Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for rapid, reliable deployments Champion performance optimization, reducing deployment cycles from weeks to days - Implement proactive monitoring with analytics measuring KPIs for operations, infrastructure, security, and compliance ### Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with strategic business partners and stakeholders to set priorities and roadmaps aligned with business goals - Establish and nurture relationships across worldwide teams ensuring transparency across all development and deployment stages - Mentor and develop engineering teams, nurturing a high-performing organization of 15+ engineers. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field ### Experience - 10+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management platforms - 5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise WMS solutions (Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Körber, Oracle WMS, Infor WMS, or similar) - 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems, shipping control tower, freight management, and carrier integration (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) - 5+ years working with warehouse automation systems including ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, and robotics integration - Proven track record of managing platforms processing 100,000+ daily orders/shipments with high availability requirements Experience on technically leading engineering teams of 10+ members across multiple delivery centres ### Technical Skills Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React Architectures: Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven, Serverless, Multi-tier Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EBS), Azure, or GCP with auto-scaling and serverless capabilities Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Oracle Integration: REST APIs, OData, BAPI, Proxies, EDI, Real-time streaming DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code AI/ML: Experience with ML/DL based optimization algorithms, Agentic AI frameworks. ### Warehouse Systems WMS, TMS, WCS, WES, MES integration, track & trace, RFID/barcode systems ### Additional Qualifications - Strong business analysis skills with ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions Experience with large-scale data processing, data modelling, and analytics platforms (Grafana, Tableau, Spotfire, Business Objects) - Knowledge of logistics quality management, business continuity planning, and physical/system security Understanding of semiconductor or electronics manufacturing supply chains preferred Experience with vendor management and third-party integration partnerships - Proven ability to drive 20-40% cost reductions through architectural optimization and automation - Track record of improving operational metrics (throughput, accuracy, TAT) by 25%+ through technical innovation ### Core Competencies Building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams (8+ members) Product development & management with strong UI/UX/CX focus Agile methodologies with expertise in sprint planning and velocity management Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management at executive levels Quality engineering, release planning, and progress monitoring Performance reviews, capacity planning, and resource optimization Self-starter with high bar for excellence, System’s engineering and continuous improvement mindset Values diverse thoughts and drives transformational change with data-driven solutions ## At a glance -
