In this role, you will be supporting the operation's environment at test lab site. In test/probe environment operates various ATE equipment and device handler in performing functions such as qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes. This also includes laser marking, package inspection, device changes and/or tool kits setup. You will interface and communicate with engineering and business units across the lab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
