You will define product vision and roadmap, drive end-to-end delivery, deeply understand business pain points and processes, design scalable product solutions, partner with China and global teams on feature rollout, and continuously improve business efficiency, user experience, and operational quality through data and AI. Product directions we are hiring for include: Charging & Energy (Energy & Infrastructure): Digital products and systems related to charging and energy HR (Enterprise Applications): Human resources and related enterprise application products and systems MES/EAM (Production & Quality): Manufacturing execution, equipment/asset management, and other production and quality related products and systems Financial Services & Accounting (Service & Financial Services): Financial services, accounting, and related after-sales/financial business products and systems Responsibilities - Partner with the business to deeply understand processes and pain points across Charging & Energy / HR / MES·EAM / Financial Services & Accounting, and translate business problems into clear requirements, user scenarios, and success metrics - Define product vision and roadmap; manage priorities based on business value, dependencies, and resources; align China and global goals and drive local adaptation - Design product capabilities and experiences that support business growth (PC/Mobile/internal tools/cross-system integration, etc.), and collaborate with UI/UX and engineering to deliver solutions - Own end-to-end delivery from concept, design, development, and testing through launch and operations; control scope, timeline, quality, and risk - Identify and land AI/automation use cases to improve business efficiency, productivity, and user/employee experience - Define and track core product and business metrics; drive iteration with data; build reusable product mechanisms and self-service capabilities - Drive alignment in highly cross-functional and cross-regional environments; improve intake, release cadence, and launch governance; ensure solutions meet compliance and company standards ### Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or related majors preferred Three to ten years of experience in product management, business system delivery, or end-to-end project delivery (typically five-plus years for senior roles) - Proven ownership of product roadmap and release delivery, with successful zero-to-one or one-to-N launch cases - Strong product sense; ability to understand product/system architecture, evaluate design trade-offs, and drive high-quality solutions - Excellent structured problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional influence; able to deliver on time in multi-priority environments Strong Chinese and English communication and collaboration skills; English as a working language Data-driven mindset; able to define problems with metrics and drive decisions; familiar with agile ways of working ### Preferred Experience Charging & Energy: Charging/energy digital products, charging journey, energy infrastructure, or related business systems HR: HRIS, people master data, org/HR processes, recruiting/attendance/compensation & benefits, or other HR enterprise applications MES/EAM: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), factory digitalization, or production quality systems Financial Services & Accounting: Financial services, accounting, AR/AP, ledger/close, or after-sales finance related systems AI/automation, complex system integration, or global product localization experience Data processing and visualization skills;
