## Job description

### 职位介绍

智能制造物流管理定向培养项目：以岗位需求为导向，系统学习理论与实操技能，通过实习培训夯实物流现场管理能力,主要工作内容包括运输计划制定、运输过程跟踪、异常协调处理及运营现场安全管理，以保质、准时交付保障生产计划达成，并推动安全、质量、交付、成本目标落地与问题解决。

### 岗位职责

关注零件质量与库存管理，快速响应供料需求；做好 BP/PTR 等变化点管理。 负责运输过程管理与在途跟踪，及时掌握发运、到货及节点进度，确保物料按计划流转。 快速响应运输及供料异常（延误、错漏发、破损等），组织协调并闭环处理，降低对生产的影响。 做好交接班与班前会，保障生产平稳运行。 识别浪费并降低运作成本机会，持续推进作业流程改善，降本增效。 遵守公司规章制度，积极查找并汇报隐患/事故，提出安全建议，通过持续改进创造安全环境。践行“安全第一，人人有责”，“眼见，发声，行动”的安全文化。

### 任职要求

2027应届毕业生，毕业时间在2026年11月至2027年10月毕业的学生，统招本科及以上学历。 较强抗压能力，吃苦耐劳，能接受白夜班轮替。 根据实际工作安排，需配合进行倒班 团队管理与目标驱动能力优先。 沟通协作、学习能力与独立解决问题能力优先。
