## Job description

### 职位介绍

智能制造生产管理定向培养项目：以岗位需求为导向，系统学习理论与实操技能，通过岗位实习与培训夯实能力；获得快速成长通道、制造全景认知与项目管理/协作能力提升。

### 岗位职责

现场安全管理与监督、改进、设备点检和过程质量控制等相关工作 完成生产组织、班组培训、考勤绩效管理及目标分解跟踪 执行工段年度计划并跟踪落实，确保目标完成 领导监督班组过程控制与优化，按要求高效精益产出合格产品 组织改进与合理化建议；负责人员调配、团队建设与绩效考核 制定轮岗计划，提高多技能率，实现人员合理利用 遵守公司规章制度，积极查找并汇报隐患/事故，提出安全建议，通过持续改进创造安全环境。践行“安全第一，人人有责”，“眼见，发声，行动”的安全文化。

### 任职要求

2027应届毕业生，毕业时间在2026年11月至2027年10月毕业的海内外学生，统招本科及以上学历 较强抗压能力，吃苦耐劳，能接受白夜班轮替。 很强的团队管理能力，工作主动，目标驱动、责任与信心优先。 良好沟通、团队合作、学习能力与独立解决问题能力优先。 大学中自行组织过集体活动 英语四级 根据实际工作安排，需配合进行倒班
