The role is key to delivering training, driving compliance, and working cross-functionally to minimise risk, protect the brand, and enable strong store performance. This role is advertised as South East England based to support regional coverage within the team. However, the role operates on a national basis and the successful candidate will be required to travel across the UK to support franchise store openings, transitions and closures. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required is essential. - Support stores through the Epos go Live training program - Support stores through the Off-Site training program Complete Closure visits in stores going through the transition process Support & manage the Store Launch process collectively with property Store Launch manager - Ensure that the store is trading legally throughout the process - Take accountability for the new store involved in and ensure that they open on time and with highest retail standards - Ensure that the Franchisee has been `signed off` on EPOS training program - Ensure that the store has access to all training guides & information - Ensure all signed training documents are returned to the office - Ensure that Franchise store complies with the One Stop WOWs as per the Operating manual guidelines - Support stores through the transition process and review their training progress at each visit - Work cross functionally with all Franchise functions to ensure a smooth transition Give honest feedback to line manager about the stores & celebrate success Feedback to the SLSM & BDM about any legal issues or concerns that need to be addressed with the Franchisee Seen as a role model and `go to` person for Franchisee`s throughout the process for them - Share best practise and knowledge with colleagues Always professional and an ambassador for the business - Attend quarterly team meetings and attend training courses relevant to job role Have a flexible approach to working pattern and work closely with the SLSM and the team to do this Manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers PC Literate Epos Super User Specialist in Stock Management Team building Effective training & coaching skills H & S Aware Decision making. ## At a glance - Posted by the employer: Oct 12, 2026 - First seen by OpenNash: Oct 23, 2026 - Last checked: Oct 23, 2026 - Listed for: 11 days - Location: Field-based, South East England based[Apply on Tesco’s careers site →](https://careers.tesco.com/en_GB/careersmarketplace/JobDetail/One-Stop-Franchise-Launch-Support-Manager/215920) ## More jobs at Tesco ### [?
