## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Terumo's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand the customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to long term business partnerships. Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from products & services.

Promote and establish education of products & services. Conduct market research including customers and competitors' activities. Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Coordinate preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and Account Management plans. Coordinate, conduct and participate in Sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays. Provide accurate and timely case information to facilitate efficient planning.

Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets. Functional/Technical Skills

### Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science, medical technology, medical engineering or similar required / science related academic qualification is a must-have

At least 3-5 years of medical sales experience from medical devices, diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry Work experience in Northeast Area/Territory in Thailand is a must-have Good English communication skills: listening, reading, speaking, writing. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
