Summary of the Role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Divisional Manager, t he Senior Sales Specialist will drive sales performance by identifying market opportunities, understanding trends, and aligning actions with company strategy. The role requires high energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to take on challenges while prioritizing the company’s interests. Key Functions / Responsibilities Deliver sales result / performance aligning to company direction and strategies. H as an in-dept understanding of the market and market trend and consistently take action prioritizing the company’s benefit. H ave the ability to see the business opportunity in the market and takes on tough challenges with urgency, high enthusiasm, and high energy. P ossess the ability to strategically assess each potential and action and form a plan to manage and control associated risk. A ble to communicate effectively to deliver clear and concise messages. N eeds to build a strong network with the internal and external stakeholder to connect the right people to accomplish goals. P ossess growth mindset and relevant skillset to contribute towards company direction and goals. Functional / Technical Skills Able to interact with vast background of people and build relationship with key customers. M ust be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in other language will be added advantage. Goal orientated and must be able to plan and strategize your action towards goal Continuous prospecting leads and discipline to follow up sales lead. Proactive and tactfully handle customer request. Basic Computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) ### Education & Experience Requires a Bachelor degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry. S trong interpersonal and network skills Demonstrate creative and innovative solutions in past assignments Possess sound and logical business acumen with a positive growth mindset.
