Summary of the Role The Regional Pricing Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning. The role influences product positioning, defines segmentation pricing strategy, ensures competitive pricing, and contributes directly to financial success of the region. By combining analytical rigor, strategic insight, and cross-functional collaboration, the Regional Pricing Manager ensures that pricing decisions support both short-term profitability and long-term business objectives. ### Key Responsibilities The Regional Pricing Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing pricing strategies for products and customers. The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align pricing strategies with overall business goals. Core duties include: Partner with country commercial, marketing, and finance teams to drive the adoption and implementation of regional pricing strategies, ensuring consistent execution and governance across markets. Develop regional pricing frameworks, price corridors, and governance mechanisms that optimize revenue growth, margin expansion, and market competitiveness across product portfolios.
