Summary of the Role This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role requires a strategic approach to sales and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the industry. Key Functions / Responsibilities - Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product presentations to potential customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). - Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement and retention. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. - Market and Competitive Analysis Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, and potential product improvements. - Sales Reporting and Forecasting Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using dashboard reports. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the assigned territory or accounts for leadership review. - Leadership and Mentorship Share best practice and contribute to a high-performance sales culture. Functional / Technical Skills Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Self-starter with a strong results orientation and a proven ability to drive business toward long-term goals. Experience in the cardiovascular therapy field or related industry. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the medical device industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ### Education & Experience Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory. Experience managing a cardiovascular portfolio is mandatory.
