Summary of the Role The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining /expanding relationships with existing customers.

The role demands a strategic sales approach, strong negotiation ability, and solid leadership skills. Key Functions / Responsibilities Leading, develop and coaching team: Setting goals and targets, implement strategy, and delivering results Stakeholder management: KOL relationship, generating new ideas, and identifying new opportunities Sales Performance: T racking and monitorin g sales, both in market sales and sales to distributor Sales operation: Understand the forecasting, order timeline, and in coordination with relation key function team in internal PTTI Product focus: Drive the sales opportunity based on product focus, growth opportunity and market segmentation Distributor management: Manage and coordinate with distributor for sales execution to meet customer expectation on product availability as well as customer engagement

### Education & Experience

Experience in cardiovascular field Educational background: Open to science or business related background 5 – 10 years of industry experience Good interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication and consulting skills.
