With a manageable procedure volume and a collaborative group model, you'll have the bandwidth to do your best clinical work without burning out. If you're a fellowship-trained endovascular specialist ready to make a lasting impact, this role was built for you. ### Position Highlights Specialty Endovascular Neurology Setting: Comprehensive Stroke Center within Tenet Healthcare system Procedure Volume: Approximately 1–2 procedures per day (1 scheduled, 1 emergent) ### Annual Volume ~100 aneurysm cases/procedures per year Call Schedule: 1:2–3 rotation (approximately 10 days per month) ### What We Offer Compensation: Salary guarantee plus wRVU incentive structure CME: Continuing medical education support Deferred Compensation: Tax-advantaged deferred compensation plan Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided Health Insurance: Medical and vision coverage included Dental Insurance: Included in benefits package Life Insurance: Provided 401(k): Retirement savings plan Relocation Assistance: Provided Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree Board eligible or board certified Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Fellowship training in endovascular neurology Why El Paso El Paso is one of the most consistently safe large cities in the United States, offering a quality of life that surprises and delights those who make the move.
