This individual establishes rapport with other departments as well as the medical staff and nursing services. He/she supervises department personnel in the absence of the Director or the Assistant Director. ### Qualifications - Individual must be a registered pharmacist, R.Ph. or Pharm.D in the State of California. - Individual shall preferably have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have completed a hospital residency. - Individual shall preferably have a minimum of two (2) years experience in hospital pharmacy practice or equivalent. - Individual shall be familiar with unit dose, IV admixtures, and clinical pharmacy practice. #LI-TM2 Organization Description Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree.
