Provides individualized rehab program to meet personal and family needs of patients. Position is responsible for outpatient classes. Position requires understanding of cardiovascular disease. ### Responsibilities Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, educational needs on admission. Sets realistic goals. Individualizes patients plan of care. Performs no invasive cardiology tests. Documents patient care assessments. ### Qualifications Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in EP or related exercise science field Certifications: Required: AHA BLS.
