This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned group of physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the community. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of outpatient Family Medicine experience and thrive in a flexible, collaborative environment. ### Position Highlights - PRN schedule with weekend and weekday coverage as needed - Responsible for providing medical coverage for inpatient behavioral health patients - 4–6 hour shifts a month on weekends and holidays - No procedures, call, or teaching responsibilities ### Hourly Rate - $75 - $90 an hour ### About Natick, MA Natick is a vibrant suburban community located just west of Boston, known for its excellent schools, family-friendly atmosphere, and convenient access to major metropolitan amenities. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board.
