Sets up plaster carts and assists with room turnover in the O.R. Assists with all duties as evidenced in the OR Assistant job description. ### Qualifications EDUCATION: Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent Preferred: CNA, EMT, Nursing Student, Ortho Tech EXPERIENCE: Previous Operating Room experience preferred. ### REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION American Heart Association BLS certification OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: None required. #LI-MQ1 Organization Description Delray Medical Center, part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 536-bed acute care hospital spanning 30 acres, employing over 1,700 employees, 700 physicians and serving southern Palm Beach County for over 40 years. As both a community hospital and state-designated Level I Trauma Center, Delray Medical Center offers several specialized services including advanced cardiac and vascular facilities, orthopedics, neurosciences, emergency care and weight-loss surgery.
