Partners with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their individual needs and preferences. ### Responsibilities Collaborates with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion. Advocates for the patient. Balances care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved. ### Qualifications Education: Required: Academic degree in nursing. ### Preferred Bachelor's or master's degree. ### Experience Required: 2 years nursing experience. ### Certifications Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
