## Job description

### Job Summary

Join a busy orthopedic surgery practice serving the Palm Beach County region. This full-time Physician Assistant opportunity offers the ability to work alongside an experienced orthopedic team providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care across multiple locations. The position offers a dynamic practice environment with both clinical and surgical exposure.

### Job Highlights

Full-time role supporting an orthopedic surgery practice across Atlantis, Lake Worth, and Boynton Beach Mix of outpatient clinic, first assist, and inpatient hospital responsibilities Opportunity to assist with orthopedic surgical procedures and perioperative patient care Collaborative team environment working closely with orthopedic surgeons and support staff Multi-site practice providing diverse patient care experiences throughout the Palm Beach area Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Continuing medical education (CME) allowance Malpractice insurance About the area: Palm Beach County offers a desirable South Florida lifestyle with beautiful beaches, year-round sunshine, excellent dining, and abundant outdoor recreation.

### Responsibilities

Per collaborative agreement Qualifications Education: Required: Graduate of accredited PA program Experience: Certifications: Required: PA licensure; DEA eligible. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
