Maintains responsibility for accurate transcription of physicians’ orders, processing paper work, maintaining records and supplies, and handling communications in order to provide a more effective and organized patient care area. ### Displays superior customer service skills with all customers Physicians, hospital staff, patients and families. Performs other duties as required. ### Qualifications EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT PREFERRED LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Healthcare provider BLS. Must possess certificate of completion of EKG Arrhythmia course, must pass EKG/Arrhythmia Exam prior to hire and annually thereafter. ### EXPERIENCE 2 – 3 YEARS #LI-AJ1 Organization Description Doctors Hospital of Manteca, part of the Central Valley Doctors Health System, is one of the largest businesses in the community.
