The available plans and programs include: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match Generous paid time off Career development and continuing education opportunities Health savings accounts, healthcare & dependent flexible spending accounts Employee Assistance program, Employee discount program Voluntary benefits include pet insurance, legal insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, long term care, elder & childcare, auto & home insurance Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location and is determined by employment status ### Job Summary As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you’ll provide individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize your clinical judgment to lead care delivery. ### Responsibilities Monitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support Using evidence-based practice and the nursing process to develop patient care plans Supervising and delegating tasks to members of the healthcare team Participating in hourly rounding and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment Taking charge responsibilities when needed Qualifications Special Skills - Strong critical thinking and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ICU setting - Excellent teamwork and collaboration Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care ### Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICU or acute care experience Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school Certifications: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona BLS and ACLS (required per department/facility guidelines) ### Preferred Requirements Experience: 2 years in ICU or Cardiac Stepdown with experience in neuro/cardiac assessments and hemodynamic monitoring Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ### Certification Specialty certification a plus Why Abrazo Arrowhead?
