## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责制定并执行专有云版本管理规范，包括版本管理流程、版本发布计划、版本测试计划、版本发布说明等，确保版本的正常输出；
- 负责制定并执行版本升级规范，协调产研团队、交付团队、运维团队按照规范实施，确保版本升级的顺利进行；
- 负责制定并执行软件版本生命周期管理规范，包括版本规划、版本设计、版本开发、版本测试、版本发布、版本维护、EOM和EOS等，推动版本生命周期管理的有效实施；
- 负责私有化产品版本的需求管理与推进，与客户沟通收集需求并制定合理的版本计划，同时与产品经理、研发等部门紧密合作，推动需求的准时落地；
- 负责私有化产品版本的质量控制，结合版本规划与测试团队制定完善的测试计划，确保版本质量符合要求；
- 负责私有化产品版本的用户反馈收集和分析，推动版本不断改进；
- 负责私有化产品版本管理工具的选型和使用，建立版本管理流程和规范，提高版本管理效率和质量；
- 负责私有化产品版本管理相关文档的编写和维护，包括版本计划、版本发布说明、版本测试报告等。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业； 2.5年以上私有化产品版本管理经验，熟悉版本管理工具和流程； 3.熟悉虚拟化、容器化、云计算等技术，了解公有云和私有云的区别和应用场景； 4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效推进项目进度，解决问题； 5.具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速响应和解决紧急问题； 6.具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够承担压力和挑战。
