## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云日志服务(CLS, Cloud Log Service)平台研发；
- 大规模高并发分布式系统架构设计、优化研发；
- 负责日志服务 Agent 可观测相关能力建设与落地，包括 AI Agent（如 AI Coding Agent、通用 Agent 框架）的 Logs/Traces/Metrics 数据采集、规范制定与 SDK 开发；
- 参与日志数据接入、采集、投递等相关能力建设，支持 OTLP、Kafka 等多种协议接入；
- 参与 GenAI 语义规范（OpenTelemetry GenAI Semantic Conventions）相关能力建设，推动 AI 可观测标准化落地；

### 技术攻坚与指导
- 解决系统中最具挑战性的技术难题，并乐于指导团队其他工程师，共同营造追求技术卓越的工程师文化。 Requirements 1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.3年以上互联网后台开发经验； 3.熟练掌握 Linux 环境下 Golang/Python/C/C++/Rust 中的一种或几种； 4.熟练掌握常见的数据结构和算法； 5.熟悉网络的基本原理，如 TCP/IP 协议、HTTP 协议、gRPC 等； 6.具有较好的团队合作和沟通能力（我们很看重团队精神，团队氛围非常融洽）； 7.有日志服务平台或可观测平台开发经验优先； 8.有 AI Agent 可观测平台和采集端能力建设经验优先（如 OpenTelemetry 探针开发、GenAI 语义规范实践、Agent 链路追踪等）； 9.有 OpenTelemetry、Prometheus 等可观测生态实践经验优先； 10.熟悉 AI Coding 工具（如 Cursor、Claude Code 等）并有实际工程落地经验优先。
