## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全球范围内商标查询、申请、驳回复审、异议、转让、谈判、行政诉讼等商标法律事务的管理。域名相关布局、案件、合规等法律事务；
- 与知识产权相关的其他法律事务（包括但不限于商标、域名、版权）；
- 部门内部知识产权流程建设；
- 部门知识产权管理相关的授权许可、制度分析、指引及项目管理等。 Requirements 1.硕士及以上学历，法学专业； 2.5年以上律所或企业法务部门相关工作经验； 3.熟悉大陆及全球主要市场国家或地区的商标、了解域名等保护流程优先； 4.善于决策，具有判断力，以及提供实用、商业友好且全面的建议的能力； 5.工作态度积极乐观；具有良好的法律逻辑思维能力，优秀的团队合作/敬业精神/语言表达能力/沟通技巧/执行能力；具有较强抗压能力和协调能力； 6.优秀的中英文表达能力。
