## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责芯片软件栈（算子库、图编译器、运行时、推理框架）的测试工作，包括测试策略制定、用例设计开发、测试执行与质量评估；

### 负责芯片软件栈测试体系建设
- 引入业界成熟的分层测试、精度基准、性能基准与回归体系方法论，能结合自研芯片架构特点落地；
- 设计并开发自动化测试框架和工具链，覆盖算子精度验证、模型推理正确性、性能与稳定性评测；
- 分析测试中发现的问题，跨栈定位根因（算子实现/编译器优化/运行时/驱动），推动问题闭环；
- 持续优化测试流程、方法和工具，提升团队测试效能。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2.3年以上测试开发相关工作经验，有英伟达等头部芯片/GPU公司软件栈测试经验者优先； 3.精通 Python 或 C++，具备大规模自动化测试框架的设计与开发经验； 4.深入理解深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）与模型推理全流程，熟悉算子实现与验证方法； 5.熟悉 GPU/CUDA 软件栈分层结构（Driver/Runtime/cuDNN/CUTLASS 等），理解其测试关注点； 6.优秀的根因分析与跨栈定位能力，以及良好的质量意识。
