## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责小程序智能体的探索与相关 Agent 工程的搭建，包括不限于行为理解、生成式 UI、可观测、复杂任务调度等；
- 持续追踪前沿技术动态，并结合小程序生态，推动研究成果的业务验证和落地转化。 Requirements 1.1 年及以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机基础扎实； 2.对大型语言模型（LLM）及其应用开发（如Agent、Harness、MCP/A2A）有深入理解和实践经验；
- 至少精通一门编程语言，具备扎实的系统设计能力，熟悉前后端全栈开发；
- 具备较好的优化意识，有较强的问题分析解决能力，有较好的沟通能力，责任心强，有热情。
